As “deal flow”, we denote the sum of the transaction volumes of all completed projects within a year. In 2005 this figure rose to 1.019 billion Euro, thus exceeding the one billion Euro mark for the first time. In 2010 the “deal flow” reached the impressive number of 1,665 billion Euro.
Own capital:
Unlike other consulting companies we have our own capital – and we are not afraid to use it. Therefore we are able to – always following a positive Due Diligence procedure from our experts – join companies within our client base as lead or co-investors. Thus we can implement projects pure consultants could never realize. Our capital resources with a fully paid-up nominal capital of more than 40 million Euro enables us to realize larger projects.
Flexibility:
An outstanding advantage compared to other private equity firms is that our own financial holding companies are family owned. Therefore we can respond extremely flexible.

To meet your as well as our high quality standards, our consultants focus solely on our core business - the best advice for our customers. The pre-evaluation of projects is carried out by our clearing house in Germany. There, the project inquiries are checked and forwarded to us, if suitable.
