Investment criteria

Due to our corporate statutes, industry focus and the necessary synergy potential we enter into a participation only in the following areas:

• Engineering, technology (Old Economy)
• Energy technology
• Process engineering
• Manufacturing companies

Basically we are open for both majority and minority equity investments – with appropriate co-determination. Moreover, an involvement as a co-investor in a consortium is also possible.

Possible forms of transaction are:

• Share deal
• Asset deal
• Capital increase
• Silent partnership

To ensure that our portfolio of services also applies to small and mid-range investment candidates, we have established our own regional investment company. For companies based mainly in Bavaria, Upper Austria and Salzburg with an annual turnover of at least ten million Euro (five million for service companies) we can offer equity for  restructuring, succession planning or expansion.
