As temporary partner our avowed goal is to sustainably increase the value of our clients company. The duration of the partnership depends on the joint goals and the development of the company. The optimal time and the best way to realize the appreciation is established together with the client and recorded in the participation agreement – and again, our partners benefit from our extensive experience in corporate sales and IPOs. As it is usual for professionally operating institutional investors, we are naturally open to all possible exit options.
