The Rosinger Group is a global private equity firm with its own corporate finance consulting company and many years of experience in the international capital market.

Due to outstanding unique features, an excellent network and profound capital market expertise, the Rosinger Group was established within the last 25 years as an institution recognized by industry experts and set new standards in the field of financing solutions for the up-scale middle class.

The foundation for this unprecedented success has been laid in 1985 by first notable investments from manager and company owner DI Gregor Rosinger. After successfully completing the first years, it was decided in 1993 to develop a clear industry focus as well as size focus for our own equity interests – that's how the original form of the current company strategy concerning the investment area was born.

The first advisory mandate was acquired in 1996. It was an M&A transaction in Eastern Europe, which was settled on behalf of a bank. Recognizing tremendous advisory needs as well as the synergies with the Rosinger Groups own investment business in 1999 it was decided to outsource the consulting sector as a separate company.

Both the consulting company but also the investment companies exist to this day in parallel, independently and successfully within the Rosinger Group. Due to the synergies between  the two divisions they form a remarkably successful team.
